About the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD): Ministry of Human Resource Development was incorporated on 26th Sep 1985 and its Head Quarters is situated in New Delhi, Delhi. MHRD is formerly known as the Ministry of Education, is responsible for the development of human resources in India.
