RPSC Exam will conduct to recruit to fill various vacancies under the government of Rajasthan. RPSC Exam is the Combined Competitive Exam to fill Public Service posts like RAS, RPS, Commercial Tax Officers etc.

The scheme of the RPSC Exam will help in 2 successive stages.

One is Preliminary Exam

The second One is Mains Exam.

RPSC Prelims Exam Pattern 2021

  • RPSC RAS Prelims exam will consist of only One Paper - The subject on this paper is General Knowledge and General Science.
  • RPSC Prelims Exam will be Objective type online mode.
  • The exam is for Total - 200 Marks
  • Time Limit for the Exam is 3 Hours
  • The Standard level of the exam will be on Degree Level
  • RPSC Prelims is for screening test purposes only
  • Candidates who qualified in RPSC Prelims and are on the merit list are only eligible for the RPSC Mains Exam.

RPSC Mains 2021 Exam Pattern

  • RPSC Mains exam is a written exam consist of descriptive/analytical.
  • This Exam consist of 4 Papers
  • Paper I is General Studies - I for 200 Marks
  • Paper II is General Studies - II for 200 Marks
  • Paper III is General Studies - III for 200 Marks
  • Paper IV is General Hindi & General English for 200 Marks
  • The standard of General Hindi & General English will be of Sr. Secondary Level
  • The time limit for each paper is 3 Hours.

RPSC RAS Personal Interview

  • This is the last round of the selection process in RPSC recruitment
  • Candidates who got 10% marks on each paper and obtained 15% marks aggregate out of total marks in the mains are eligible for the personality test & viva-voce carries 100 Marks.
  • For SC/ST candidates 5% relaxation will be provided
  • Marks will be awarded for each candidate interviewed by the Commission members.

Candidates can score the marks in the interview based on:

  1. Personality
  2. Character
  3. Physique
  4. Address
  5. Candidates knowledge of Rajasthan Culture.

For RPS - Rajasthan Police Service candidates who are having a 'C' Certificate of N.C.C likely to give more preference than normal.

Note: 

  • All papers shall be answered either in Hindi or in English
  • If Candidate handwriting is not easily understood marks will be deducted
  • Credits will be given who represents in an orderly manner, effective information in all subjects.

RPSC का पूरा नाम - Rajasthan Public Service Commission is the main commission works by the Rajasthan Government. It's a part of the Central Public Service Commission in India nearly having 70 years past history. Rajasthan Public Service Commission started in the year 1923. Initially, the Rajasthan Government PSC existed in 3 only of the 22 covenanting states which are Jodhpur, Bikaner & Jaipur. Later princely states were merged and the Rajasthan Public Service Commission Ajmer was published in Raj 1949 on 16th August.

Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Ajmer located in Ghooghara Ghati, Jaipur Road, Ajmer having a sanctioned strength of 8 members including the Chairman. Initially, the Commission has 1 Chairman & 2 Members. Sir S.K.Ghosh - Chief Justice of Rajasthan was appointed Chairman from 22/12/1949 - 25/01/1950, Subsequently Shri Devishankar Tiwari from 8/8/1951 to 17/1/1958 and Shri S.C. Tripathi from 28/7/1950 to 7/8/1951. 

In the year 1951, to regulate the working of the Commission, the Rajpramukh issued the following Regulations.

1. The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) Regulation, 1951 and

2. The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (Limitation of Functions) Regulation, 1951.
